The Evette & Schaeffer Clarinets were first manufactured by Buffet in France, during the early 1950’s. They were designed for the higher-end of their intermediate range of instruments.
Around 1978, the E&S range became the Buffet E13 that we know today. A well-made, free-blowing instrument in the intermediate range of Buffet Clarinets.
This particular instrument was manufactured in 1975, with the serial number of K35***. It is in good condition as it was recently overhauled. It is has nickel-silver keywork and brand new leather pads.
