Scottish Horn Day 2024

If you’re a French Horn player, then you don’t want to miss out on the Scottish Horn Day 2024 hosted by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in association with the British Horn Society.

When: Sunday January 28th, 2024 (2pm – 7.30pm)

Where: Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, 100 Renfrew Street, Glasgow G2 3DB

Spread the word and join us in Glasgow for a day of recitals, workshops and masterclasses, including directed ensembles for all players with leading RCS and Scottish players and tutors, improvisation, natural horn and pedagogy workshops, music ‘swap shops’ and much, much, more!

The Wind Section will have our trade stand there with a selection of instruments and accessories, so make sure you pop over and say hello.

Featuring historical exponent and internationally renowned soloist Anneke Scott, the Rookh Quartet and players from Scotland’s professional orchestras, this event is for ALL ages and levels to come together on any instrument, from single and double horns to Vienna horns and natural horns.

The café is open all day too!
